Staying in one place for that long changes how a company behaves. Homes we sided in the 1990s are still on the same streets. It is also why most of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers rather than advertising.
Why We Do Not Subcontract
Most exterior contractors in this market subcontract their crews. In more than fifty years we never have. The people who show up at your home are on the Superior Products payroll, and many of them have been with us for years.
It costs us more. It also means four things you can hold us to:
- The crew has done this exact job hundreds of times, so problems get caught before they become yours.
- There is one company accountable. If something is not right you call us, not a sub you never hired.
- The standard does not change from job to job depending on who was available that week.
- Nobody is being paid to finish fast and move to the next site.

Siding Is the Main Trade
We do roofing, gutters, soffit and fascia, and we fit windows as part of larger projects. But vinyl siding is what the company was built on and it is still the majority of what we do. If you want a contractor whose crews fit siding every working day rather than a few times a month, that is the argument.
